Embroidery

Embroidery costs are based on 3 factors:

  1. Type of Garment
  2. Placement of the logo(s)
  3. The Number of Stitches

Digitizing and Stitching

Your corporate, racing logo and/or artwork can be digitized for you within 1-3 business days. Digitizing charges is a one time fee to convert your logo to an embroidery file and it may vary between $40 and $350 depending on quantity ordered, size and detail of artwork. Stitch count is the number of stitches it takes to complete the run into the garment. (Quoted in 1,000 stitch increments).

Our professionally trained staff has years of experience and are some of the best in the industry when it comes to digitizing your logo and embroidering onto a garment. Anyone can embroider but it takes an artist to make that embroidery look as good as possible. We take care of all of the finishing touches. All products are hand trimmed and inspected before being delivered. If you require special packaging, we will see to it.

Garments and Extras

JAM Graphix prefers to supply the blank garments so that if one becomes damaged we will replace it at our cost. If you provide garment, JAM Graphix is not responsible if it becomes damaged in the embroidery process.

Normally we don't charge extra if you want something slightly different like a logo on the right chest or left sleeve. However certain unusual placements (i.e. the sides of a baseball cap) are more difficult to set up and may involve an extra charge. Also, putting a design in more than one place on a garment involves significant extra setup time and will result in an additional charge ($2-5 per garment depending on the difficulty of the placement).

Colors

The Pantone ® Matching System is the industry standard color matching system. The color formula guide provides an accurate method for selecting, specifying, and matching. It is the ideal way to ensure true colors when you select your imprint. This color chart below will vary slightly depending on monitors, but offers a rough way to narrow colors. If absolute true colors are necessary, a Pantone ® Color Formula Book is recommended.

Use the two pdf links below to narrow down thread colors. The Robinson chart will show you thread colors and the PMS color that is the closest.
